These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of almontepacking.com (the “Site”) operated by Almonte Packaging (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides information about our packaging products and lets you request a quote or contact us. The Site is intended for business and commercial use. Submitting a quote request or contact form does not create a binding order or contract.
Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information given and is subject to product availability, final confirmation, and change without notice. Quotes are valid only for the period we state (or, if none is stated, a reasonable period) and are not an offer to sell at a fixed price. A binding order is created only when we confirm it in writing or by invoice.
Order details, payment terms, and delivery arrangements are confirmed at the time of order. Payment is due as stated on your invoice; we may offer account or net terms to approved business customers at our discretion. Delivery dates and times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes upon delivery unless agreed otherwise.
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and images accurate, but actual products may vary, and we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing, products are provided without additional warranties.
From time to time we may offer promotions or discount codes (such as a first-order discount for new subscribers). Unless stated otherwise, offers are limited to one per customer, apply to a first qualifying order, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Discounts are applied at our discretion when you place your order and reference the code.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the Almonte Packaging name and branding — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almonte Packaging will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the related product or service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
